Registered Training Organisations in Australia operate in one of the most compliance-heavy environments in the education sector. ASQA regulations, ESOS requirements, USI obligations, international student welfare obligations — the list is long, and the website needs to reflect all of it without overwhelming prospective students who just want to know what courses are on offer.

Choice Academic College needed a website that could do both.

The Problem

CAC is a Parramatta-based RTO offering courses across Business, Information Technology, Marketing, Leadership, Cookery and Hospitality — with a significant international student cohort. Their existing digital presence didn’t match the professionalism of the institution or the complexity of what they offered. Prospective students — many of them overseas, navigating Australian education for the first time — needed clear pathways to information, and agents needed a proper portal to refer clients through.

What I Built

I built a comprehensive institutional website that serves three distinct audiences simultaneously: local students browsing courses, international students navigating the application and enrolment process, and registered education agents referring clients to the college.

Every course from Certificate IV through to Advanced Diploma level has its own dedicated page with full details. The international section covers the full student journey — how to apply, living in Australia, student support, ESOS information, and USI guidance. A downloads section centralises all compliance documents including enrolment forms, deferral applications, withdrawal forms, and complaints procedures.

A student portal was integrated for existing students, and the agent portal connects directly to the college’s RTO management system for seamless referrals and applications.

The Result

A professional, structured website that handles the full complexity of an Australian RTO’s digital needs — from first discovery through to enrolment. International students from Nepal and across Asia can now navigate the entire pre-enrolment process online, in a site that earns their trust before they ever set foot in Parramatta.
