Let me get right to the solution.

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click on Preferences
  3. Click on Editor
  4. Select File Types
  5. Search for file types entry (like whatever the icon that shows instead of php file in your file)
  6. Remove the name that is troubling you in there.
